Pinstripe Perspective is looking for writers to join the team for the 2022 MLB Season! This is an opportunity for anyone looking for a platform to showcase their writing and baseball acumen.
Qualifications;
- Some previous experience writing is ideal, but not required.
- Ability to produce clean and interesting analysis on a variety of baseball-related topics
- Ability to support arguments with stats and facts, not just opinion
- Passion for and strong knowledge of Major League Baseball and the Yankees
Responsibilities:
- Write articles on series previews and recaps, transactions, and other Yankees and MLB news when available
- Create unique player-focused content using publicly available data (e.g. Is it too early to panic about DJ LeMahieu’s early season struggles?)
- Feature in Pinstripe Perspective’s audio formats (Podcast and Twitter Spaces)
- Actively participate in the creative process for all of Pinstripe Perspective’s content
